A MESSAGE FROM COACH LUKE
Hi everyone!
I hope you’re all safe, well and keeping up some form of daily exercise.
1hr a day, outside (if possible) and with a safe social distance, there are plenty of ways you can entertain yourself and maintain your fitness level.
It’s been 6weeks since we last saw each other and some of you may remember me saying how vital it is that you guys contingue to use your body as well as your minds.
So, I’ve done some short videos you can do in your home or when outdoors. A series of exercises and challenges that I’d like you to attempt, maybe you can get Mum and Dad involved? Guys, I am so proud of all of you and know how much I’ve missed being at school and teaching PE with you. I hope to see you ALL fit and well very soon.
